Epigraphy.info Workshop VI (IAS/online)

The sixth Epigraphy.info workshop will be taking place from October 20th-22nd, 2021. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and resulting difficulties with safety and travel, the workshop will be fully online (Zoom platform), hosted by The Institute for Advanced Study.

Poster Session

The sixth workshop will host an E-poster session dedicated to the presentation of new and ongoing projects in the field of Digital Epigraphy. There will be a portion of the workshop dedicated to presentation of the posters and breakout room discussion. The E-posters will be posted on the Epigraphy.info website for the duration of the workshop, and afterward you will have the option to publish them on the Epigraphy.info website.

THE DEADLINE FOR POSTER SUBMISSION HAS BEEN EXTENDED! POSTER SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 11.

E-Posters Guidelines

E-Posters may include text, images, graphs as well as videos and audio. You can prepare your poster in the format that you find more suitable (PDF, PowerPoint, .mp4, .mpg, avi.). The only rule is: keep it short!

For PDF you should limit your documentation to a single page (ideally 1080 x 1536 px), PowerPoint presentation should include no more than 3 slides. The maximum duration of a video is 5 minutes.

Please send us your E-Poster via a file transfer website (like WeTransfer: https://wetransfer.com/ or Smash: https://fromsmash.com/).

Deadline

Please submit a title and abstract of no more than 200 words to (info@epigraphy.info) by October 11, 2021, and you will receive notification by October 13, 2021 if your poster has been accepted. Completed E-Posters should be submitted by October 18.
